Making Way for Miracles
In order for miracles to appear in our physical experience, we must clear anything from our energy that is blocking them. We must reach a point of surrender and allow ourselves to have hope and trust that all will be well for us in order to allow this to occur. There are many paths to surrender, and endless glimpses of hope that show up for us, and we must accept these invitations and release control over our circumstances. We often feel a false sense of control over our lives, but sometimes situations will bring us to the brink to remind us that things are never really under our control in this human existence. If you want to streamline the process of calling miracles into your life, the best way to magnetize them is by balancing your nervous system and finding a way to tap into the energy of gratitude.
If you can find something to be grateful for, or a series of things that you have in the present moment, you can focus your energy on feeling a sense of gratitude for what has already been provided. Sitting in the stillness with yourself, feeling and regulating your emotions, and marinating in this gratitude will allow your miracles to arrive faster. Allowing yourself to sit in the energy of self-doubt, worry, anxiety, and stress will cause you to experience more suffering in the meantime, and can act as a block, which causes unnecessary delays for your miracle. If something is meant to happen for you, you can’t do anything to prevent it from happening, but you can choose to delay it by refusing to surrender your fears.
By letting go and trusting that everything will be okay, you’re allowing for your relief to show up as soon as possible. Sometimes this letting go process can be very difficult because our nervous system remembers everything negative that has ever happened to us, and it is also more comfortable when our lives remain the same. Your nervous system expects what has happened in the past to continue to repeat, and thus it might be difficult to convince yourself that things can be different this time around. If you’ve suffered a lot of trauma in your life, your brain is working hard to protect you from any potential harm in the future. Sometimes this manifests as us expecting the worst just in case it happens, and that energy is miracle repellent. We must have faith that things can be better in the future than we’ve ever known before.
We must find a way to believe in the best-case scenario to allow it to unfold and manifest in our lives. We can heal from the trauma that we endured in the past, and nervous system and emotional regulation are essential in healing the hyper-vigilance that remains after the trauma is over. If you can allow yourself to be led by your spirit rather than your human mind, you can find a way to hope for better even if you’ve never experienced it before. Part of that process is accepting that miracles happen in unexpected ways, and we can never really know what they’ll look like before they appear. If we can find a way to trust that something will happen without knowing what that might be, we can grow our faith enough to allow the miracle into our experience.
This is probably the most difficult cycle to close for those of us who live by a see it to believe it mentality. If we can only trust what we can tangibly see and hold, we are limiting the scope of our miracles greatly. Your beliefs and decisions hold a lot of power, and that is the one aspect of life that we’re actually able to control. We can choose to stay stuck forever, or we can choose to hope for a brighter future and be patient enough for it to show up in a tangible way. You don’t have to remain blindly faithful forever, but you must for a time because sometimes things have to unfold in a particular way. When your miracle shows up, it will be entirely worth the wait.
You deserve miraculous and wonderful things in life, and you don’t deserve to suffer endlessly. If you can give yourself the gift of being a grateful person with a lot of faith in unseen forces, you can live a magical life that’s just as beautiful as it is difficult. None of us get to skip the difficult parts of life, but some of us choose to skip the beautiful parts by ruminating on the difficult ones constantly. If you allow pessimism to creep into your subconscious and live there, you’ll short-change yourself in the miracle department. You’ll push yourself down to the wire as you stubbornly hold onto your negativity and fear for dear life. Hold onto your heart instead, and fill it with as much gratitude and faith as you possibly can. If you can trust that a way will be made one way or another, and let go of the how and when, your miracle will arrive just when you least expect it.
